may I briefly introduce myself, my name is André Tröger. I am responsible for the BSM area at 3wBox GmbH in Nuremberg. We have been partners of HP, formerly Mercury from the beginning and thus we have extensive experience in the areas of "Functional Testing", "Application Management", "Business Service Management" and "Project and Portfolio Management" of HP products.

Our task is to describe the complete area of performances ranging from IT resources to business process by means of availability management in functional requirements, define them contractually and its infrastructural planning, implementation, operating and observation.

Target of this knowledgebase is to support our consultants to collect their entire knowledge for faster solutions by the customers.
