I've started the TikiWikiDocumentationPlan. There's very little there except document structure and I will be working very hard to fill this out this week. Marc Laporte and I have been discussing a proposal he's about to submit to the mailing list and this plan will start to detail out some of the hows of the documentation component of his site plan.
