Galaxia Workflow Engine

A form that updates two tables with one-many relationship and in which rows should be added dynamica

In workflow I wish to make a travel request form. It will have
(i) some basic details like name, code and designation of employees and
(ii) some trips related details like origin, time of departure, destination, timne of arrival, mode of travel etc.

I am unable to do the following.

(A) I wish to make a form on which number of tour related details as given in (ii) above is unknown. A user may make one trip or two trips or more than two trips. Thereforee there should be a button on which it should say "Add more row"
and it should then add one more row in which data will be filled by the user.

Can this be done in PHP or do I need to do it with some other tool like Java.

(B) In primary table named tour 'tourID' will be the primary key. In secondary table called tour_details 'tour_ID' and 'SrNO' will be composite primary key.
For each tourID in table tour there will be multiple tour_id in table tour_details.

Is it possible in Galaxia workflow.

Is there any exampple where two tables are updated simultaneously.

Thanks in advance.

I've seen this kind of behavior in Eventum (http://eventum.mysql.com/wiki) when opening new issues via the Anonymous Reporting form. The user can attach files to issues; after adding a file, he can add more.
It's done using Javascript tricks with IE. It doesn't work with Firefox.
Take a look at Eventum's source code. It could help.
