    I created a user, group, forums, and all as admin but my user cant see the forums item. All he sees is Wiki and Tiki. Whats wrong here?

    Go in admin -> groups. Select the key on the line Registered
    You can set the permission for the forum by selecting forum in the "assign permissions section". You need tiki_p_forum_read at least.
