Two languages with the page name the same?

Hi is it possible to have one page with the same name for two different languages?

For example if I had a page about John Smith in English there is no translation for it in French since it is someone's name.

Is there an easy way around this using TikiWiki or would I have to slightly modify each page-name? E.g. John Smith/John Smith-FR

Thanks

Hi there

I run into the same request and I think it is a reasonable point. For example if you want to write a page about CMS in many languages you can use the name CMS only once and you have to find out a name for the pages for all the other languages..

If you take a look at the Homepage of tikiwiki.org for example. Now the solution is to make the pagename like "home,hu", "home,es", "home,ca" which on one hand looks not so nice, on the other hand it can not make the translation for the word "Homepage" for your language since you added ",hu" after it

A suggestion:
How about setting the unique key on the combination of pagename & language code? i think it would solve the problem, however I am not so familiar with the database desing of TW & what this change means for programming..

Anyhow, if someone knows how to overcome this thing please let me know,
thanks&cheers,
Gezza
