    Pretty serious flaw in my Tikiwiki since the upgrade to 4.0: not even the System Administrator can list the users or add a new one!

    I have checked the perms for admins, they have tiki_p_admin and tiki_p_list_users

    Here's what we get.

    Did you clear the cache ?
    there is also a perm tiki_p_admin_users - even if a tiki_p_admin should inherit this perm

    Well I cleared the caches and then again for luck.

    Here's the perms. Admins have tiki_p_admin_users inherited from SubAdmins who interestingly have another perm called tiki_p_adminusers

    Ok, I put this down to an incomplete installation. I uploaded a recent daily build and got the users admin back.
