Problems with IE 8 and the CKEditor

Hello, hope anybody could help with the following problem (I wrote the same in the German Forum):

My Wik (v9.x)i runs on a Windows Server with XAMPP package installed. The problem is only with the CKEditor and the Internet Explorer 8. With Firefox and Chrome everything is fine.
I installed the profile WYSIWYG_6x profile and configured the Toolbar for the editor. The problem ist that all changes I did and saved are lost until I create the second page after these changes. Then the editor is shown at the end of the page on on line with the bottom end of my modules in the sidebars. Now I only have some tools and not that tools I put on the toolbar. Maybe it is a bug in CSS for IE8? I use the "jqui" Theme with themeoption "rising" and JQuery-UI-Theme "Flick".

As I said with Chrome and Firefox I do not have these errors. And it doesn't matter if I have a Windows server or a Linux server. I tried both. The error is in IE8...

Maybe somebody is used to editor-problems with IE8? Please help me!

Edit: You can find a Screenshot attached to this article. I tried to use the Wiki in Compatability-Mode and it is working for one time. After that the problem is the same... Could you help me?

Can you demonstrate the issue on demo.tiki.org?

Thanks!
