Using tiki as a client project managment

Is tiki capable of doing this (and how it can be done):



+Client project managment
- minute (client can edit, admin should be able to edit a field that only he can see)
- agenda (client can edit, admin should be able to edit a field that only he can see)
- gantt view?

+Client Solutions (which solutions was used in client. Perhaps this should share a field between the agenda and this one.)

+Client Contract

Every client should only see content that belongs to him.
