For the list of pages, you could have something like this:
http://profiles.tiki.org/profiles
This is done with http://profiles.tiki.org/Profile_Repository_Profile (which is not what you want, but just an example of how to get there)
Then, you can use alternate views of the content:
http://themes.tiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Template%20Tricks&pagenum=4#Alternate_view_of_wiki_content
