  tiki_p_post_shoutbox should be enabled to basic by defualt so ar LEAST registered users could use the shoutbox.

    Depends on what you want in your site. Here at tikiwiki.org its restricted to developers group, because of incorrect language being used in it. Although I think we may open it up again.

  How do I assign groups (or categories if possible?) to the shoutbox?
  I have to pages with categories, so I want it to appear on one page - but not on the other page w another category.

  Is it possible?
