I am extending some of the theme control to provide individual css's for each blog already. Ive a blogging site project which Im developing with TikiWiki as the base minus some of its other features and some of TikiWikiLite's enhancements for tiki-setup and speed.
I should be able to commit this, basically it will give each blog a new field: theme: with the usual drop down list.
