Are you using the templates, or the user menu 42 (or ..) ?
For that check what do you have in admin -> modules? a use menu or the application_menu (it is the old tpl) - Also be carefull if it is a tpl it can be redefined in a theme (or a domain)

Don't forget modules are cached... So you have to admin-> admin system -> delete templates_c and module/cache ... (try 2 tiles, don't know if the order is important)
