As part of the security measures from 1.8.2 onwards HTML was forbidden on wiki pages for many security reasons, especially as it can lead to java script and object, and embed being using which in turn can be used to gain control of the site, and then the server.
I highly recommend that you migrate the page into wiki syntax and wiki-plugins. FindTikiExperts offers services to help you develop specific wiki plugins.
