Hi,

Email configuration is done through the php.ini file. TikiWiki uses the standard mail function of PHP. http://www.php.net/mail

If your on windows machine, then you will need to install and configure a mail server, on linux, just make sure you have a postfix/sendmail/whatever working correctly
