Quite frankly, I am deeply regretting sourceforge bug report system. But some people wanted to use our own dog food - that is a good idea but the use of the trackers was not well done and there are still features missing IMHO
For myself I look mainly at the forums, but after a little time I loose trace. Some other people look only at dev.tw.o. So you can duplicate I think.
Whatever as tw has no organization, no money ... You need to find a volunteer to fix your problem - if you want to speed up the processus, you can always hire somebody FindSupport
