Wiki has a HTML option. However you must also grant the users group the permission to use HTML.
Remember groups of people HTML editing can lead to them creating XSS and eventually getting your admin cookie. Which means they then have FULL admin access to the system.
HTML is there as a last resort, my advise is learn wiki syntax, develop plugins for anything thats missing and use that instead. It is MUCH safer and secure solution.
