    i read that the caledar filter can be used to make a blog display only posts from a selected date and before.
    I inserted the module but if i click it nothing hapens, what do i need to configure?

    and is it possible to make the callendar show only posts from the selected day? not the whole other posts from before that date?

    can't find something about it in the docs...

    I tried the calendar filter and it appears to be broken; the blog posts stayed the same no matter what date is clicked. I'll file a bug report.

    yes but this calendar show ALL items created. wiki items, blog items, forum items and so on.
    I want a litte calendar to control only the blog entries of certain blogs.
    the blog is suposed to work like a news-center.
    so i have 2 problems
    1- The mini-calendar isn't working.
    2- The mini-calendar sorts posts by creation date, but i wan't to post "today" whats going to happen "next week",
    and it should already be displayed as soon as i post it.
    So users can browse through tifferent days and see different news for each day.
    It would be optimal if the blog would display news from "today", and then, if there is more space available on that page, news from "tomorow" and so on.
    tha brazilian bage queb uses a similar news system. the calendar is accesed by clicking the orange "mostrar calendario" button.

    any ideas?
