I don't follow your question. DSN = Database System Name. There is one database with many (abt 200) tables that are used by an instance of tikiwiki. If you want to use the DSN feature to access just the tikiwiki database directly, then yes, there is only one DSN.
If your question is if you can have more than one DSN, the answer is yes. Each DSN is the connectivity info to a database. If you want to look at 3 different databases, then you would have 3 different DSNs.
I don't understand your reference to users. User info is stored in various tables in the tikiwiki database. I really doubt most tikiwiki installations even use the DSN feature.
