    I would like to know if there is a way to set-up a system where users that register on my Wordpress blog are also automatically registered on my TikiWiki and can post in both places. Any help would be much appreciated as this is the fundamental basis for my site.

    I don't think so. But you could simply use Tiki's blog feature instead of Wordpress — then your users would only need to register once.
