Ricks99's shot in the dark may be right but you may not see the effect unless you clear your cache's.
Clear the TW cache at Admin, System Admin, or tiki-admin_system.php
And clear your browser cache under tools...Options... or where your browser options is.
These kinds of changes often do not show up unless you do this.
