Community and *.tiki.org site organization

Do people use the internal messaging on this community site?

If so then it might be worth moving the "new messages" module to nearer the top, say underneath "quick edit".

I've used it a couple of times to avoid forum thread becoming needlessly long, or to continue an off topic discussion.

Just a thought.
