This is an interesting post, however it's not clear what's the purpose. Are you asking if others think this is a suitable feature or expecting someone to code that?
The latter is rather unrealistic, reading the already loaded ForumDev. If it's the first then I suppose you can proceed as long as you keep all this stuff really optional.
