If you want to include a Tiki plugin in a module TPL file, you need to use the literal tags. See http://bit.ly/9IpmfE for details.
To include a Tiki plugin in a user module, simply enable the Must be wiki parsed option, then inlcude the plugin syntax, as normal. See http://bit.ly/615RuU for details.
