Multiple menus

Hello,

I have to sets of menus.

General menu with an id - Works fine, every one can see it including those who register

I want, once a user identifies himself as a *Teacher* (a group I created with more permissions) to have a second menu at the upper part of the site. I assigned the menu to the group and it does'nt show.

Any clue of what I'm missing?

Daniel.

I re-tgried to see what config I am missing.

Here is what I found:

In /tiki-objectpermissions.php

there is something unusual, there is a warning message on the *Assign Permission* TAB that says:

Warning
You must select at least one feature.

I don't see this kind of message on the other menus I created.

Any clue?

Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

did you assign the menu to a module, or how did you "organise" this?

I am just wondering, why you use object permissions for the module.

Cheers
Torsten

Tks Torsten,

I got it figured out.

It was not a question of permissions, it was that I had assigned more than one group to the set of menus.

I did not know that when creating a menu, we have to assign the menu only to one group, else it doesn't work.

Daniel.
