Hmm... I see a lot of No route... errors. This usually means that there are files missing. Confirm that you correctly installed Tiki and unzipped all the files successfully.
You should also run the Tiki Server Check (see the docs: https://doc.tiki.org/Server+Check) to review your server configuration.
Have you customized anything in your htaccess or php.ini files?
Are you running this locally on your PC (192.168.x.x)?
