    You turned off the autocomplete and you're still seeing it? Then that sounds like a bug.

    Are you sure that the form suggestions are not coming from your browser (such as the autofill feature in Chrome?

    I tested on the Tiki 16 demo site and was unable to duplicate your issue.

    What Tiki version are you using?
