How about sharing some more of your setup so we know your problem better?
Host system Linux or Windows?
IIS or Apache?
MySQL?
PHP memory_limit is it more than 8Mb?
Have you read through the install requirements linked from InstallTiki?
Have you checked through the InstallTiki to make sure everything is setup properly?
