Unable to View Template (403 Error)

Good day folks, I have a little issue that is a head scratcher. I can't pinpoint when the issue started but I am unable to view any of my template pages with extension .tpl. Before I begin let me outline my structure of templates in order to create a wiki page.

Of course I have a tracker created.
Then I have a form with tracker fields associate to it, the form is labeled .form
I have a template that appears as an info box in the wiki page, that template is labeled .info
I have a template that displays the entire wiki page after created that is labeled .tpl

I can view and edit the .form and the .info templates, but I am unable to view or edit the .tpl page. I get a 403 Error.
Any ideas what may be causing this? Thanks

PS, in the native List Wiki Pages I am able to click on the wrench icon of the .tpl template page, I removed the page, and tried to recreate it, when I saved, the 403 was triggered, but the page was created anyway.

Here are some links to the three templates I work with, for one category of pages I create:

https://thepatriotwoodwiki.org/Notable-people-past.info
https://thepatriotwoodwiki.org/Notable+people+past.tpl (unable to view, 403 Error)
https://thepatriotwoodwiki.org/Notable+people+past.form

Those three templates make up a typical page like this one:

Hello,

I was able to see the page using : https://thepatriotwoodwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Notable%20people%20past.tpl

I believe this is something to do with the ".tpl" extension and your server settings (including .htaccess). By the way if you use wiki template you don't need to call them xxx.tpl.
They can be named _tpl or _template, whatever you want.

Thanks Bernard! I'll check my server and .htaccess
So if I am clear on what you stated, I can rename my template with underscore, and the server nor .htaccess should be an issue at that point correct? Thanks

Bernard, I'm replacing my templates from . to _ per your instructions and everything is working fine and lovely.
Thanks so much for your direction and advice.
Cheers!

By the way, is there a way to just rename the page?

Happy the solution worked for you.
Not sure I understand your question.
At the bottom of the page, rename ?
